IRIS Project – IRIS Launch

The IRIS Launch event will be organised virtually by ECSO in the presence of the European Institutions and key stakeholders on 5th July 2022 at 9:30 – 12:30 (CET) to give high visibility to the IRIS project, raise awareness of the project priorities and start engaging with key experts.

The IRIS project aims to help European CERTs/CSIRTs minimise the impact of cybersecurity and privacy risks as well as threats introduced by cyber-physical vulnerabilities in IoT platforms and adversarial attacks on AI provisions and their learning/decision-making algorithms. The project extends from September 2021 until August 2024 led by a consortium of 19 European Partners that include public organizations, SMEs with cutting-edge cyber technologies, large industries as service providers, and research and academic partners with significant achievements in cybersecurity and privacy technologies.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement no 101021727.

IRIS’s vision is to integrate and demonstrate a single platform addressed to CERTs/CSIRTs for assessing, detecting, responding to and sharing information regarding threats & vulnerabilities of IoT and AI-driven ICT systems.

Agenda of the IRIS Launch event:

  • Overview of the IRIS Project: Ambitions and Goals
  • Presentation of the IRIS Baseline Architecture
