The DEMANDS project has been designed on the basis of providing adequate and strategic training in terms of building
intercultural communication competences for low skilled and working age adults from the lignite industry sector. This
upskilling and reskilling process addresses the needs of these individuals to successfully manage the energy market
transition caused by the European Green Deal and increase their employability and social inclusion.
Objectives:

- Train VET educators
- Ensure employability and inclusion
