This project, E-SPFdigit, is accelerating precision agriculture by launching innovations directly into market demonstrations in Greece and Spain, specifically targeting high-value viticulture and horticulture in soil-contaminated zones. We deliver a revolutionary suite of AI-driven, on-site digital tools for real-time monitoring: including PFAS-dedicated electrochemical sensors, SPR optical biosensors for pesticide residues, IDE sensors for heavy metals & micronutrients, and UVC LED analysers for soil water content. The core value is unmatched data reliability, achieved through advanced machine learning calibration.
Furthermore, we provide a robust, edge-based remote sensing framework using self-navigating mobile robots and heavy-duty UAVs for efficient field detection. We offer predictive intelligence by combining real-time ground sensors, Earth Observation data, and causal machine learning to forecast impacts on the crop-soil-microbiome nexus. All these tools feed into a smart Decision Support System (DSS), secured by blockchain and cybersecurity, enabling informed decisions and automated decision-making for Integrated Pest/Nutrient Management (IPM/INM) and immediate soil practice implementation.
